Any order placed after 13th December 2020 will have an extended returns period until 7 January 2021.
I hope you love your purchase, however if you would like to return or exchange an item, I am more than happy to do so (terms & conditions apply).
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your item, providing your reasons for the return and/or exchange requirements and return your garment within 14 days. If 14 days have past by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. It must be returned in the original packaging.
Sadly I cannot cover the shipping cost for returned items. I recommend that you send your return by a tracked and recorded postal or courier service and always retain proof of postage as the goods remain your responsibility until received and signed for by me.

If you do wish to return an international order, any costs incurred, such as duties, will be the responsibility of the customer. As such, costs will be deducted from your return value.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
All items ordered as part of a pre order can be returned if they are not right for you once received. You will have 14 days from the date you received the order to inform me if you would like to return the item and receive a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 to 7 working days, please contact your credit card company. It may take time for the refund to appear in your account.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Please include proof of purchase or receipt. For faulty items we will refund any postage costs you have incurred.
